Our workshops
-
The Joy of Responsibility
Most people have an unworkable relationship to responsibility (or worse, “accountability”), where more responsibility means more blame. In this foundational workshop we invite leaders to reconsider their relationship to responsibility, to see it as the source of power and agency in their lives.
-
Managing the fear of change
Amid change, the challenge for people is not fear, but their response to fear. In this workshop, we share the technology of fear, and invite a deeper awareness of its presence and its effects, and how to draw from a context of love instead.
-
Leadership storytelling
Whether as visions, strategic narratives, or morality tales, stories are vessels for shared meaning. But leaders use them sparingly—relying on uninspiring facts or lists. In this workshop, participants learn what it takes to bring storytelling into their work with ease.
