Most people have an unworkable relationship to responsibility (or worse, “accountability”), where more responsibility means more blame. In this foundational workshop we invite leaders to reconsider their relationship to responsibility, to see it as the source of power and agency in their lives.

With communication, anything is possible. But most people walk around scared without knowing it—and get used to being inauthentic in their communication. In this workshop, we share the technology of fear, and invite a deeper awareness of its presence and its effects, and how to draw from a context of vulnerability and authenticity instead.

Whether it’s leading a change effort or inspiring partnership, we need people to “sign up” with us enthusiastically. In this workshop, we help participants improve their presentation and their enrollment skills.
