Participants benefit from new perspectives on accountability and communication, which increase their ability to produce extraordinary results. Just as important, they can enjoy their colleagues as partners and learn that “we’re all in this together”.

How it works

The group coaching program uses dialogue and exercises to help leaders see that their ally and opponent is not outside them, but in them—and that they can draw satisfaction from better communication. This program is an antidote to the old idea that “it’s lonely at the top”. It’s not lonely, when you stop thinking you’re above others, and start seeing yourself in partnership with others.

Participants learn through guided introspection and experiential group exercises how to communicate more effectively and lead authentically. We cover advanced concepts in accountability and communication, and have a good laugh at the self-limiting conventions that so many managers operate with, especially as they advance in their careers.

What to expect

Groups are limited to 4 people, to maximize the benefit to each participant. Each program is bi-monthly for six months. As part of the program, leaders will get access to specific education and exercises in self-definition, leadership storytelling, and accountability.
